HENNGE Global Internship Program 2025 in Japan | Fully Funded for International Students

International students are invited to apply for the HENNGE Global Internship Program 2025, hosted in Tokyo, Japan. This internship is open to students pursuing a bachelor’s, master’s, or graduate degree. The duration of the program is 4 to 6 weeks, during which selected interns will work on-site at HENNGE’s headquarters in Shibuya, Tokyo.

Although the program itself is free of charge, participants will receive generous financial support, and top-performing interns may be offered full-time positions upon completion.

The HENNGE Global Internship is a fully funded opportunity designed for students worldwide who are interested in software engineering, with a focus on front-end or full-stack development. Interns will gain hands-on experience working with programming languages such as Python, Go, and TypeScript, while also developing skills in using modern cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS). The working language is English, so knowledge of Japanese is not required.

Eligibility Criteria – HENNGE Global Internship Program 2025

To be eligible for the fully funded HENNGE Global Internship Program (GIP) in Japan, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Open to both Japanese and international students
Must have relevant experience from a tech internship, coding bootcamp, or hold (or be pursuing) a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (third-year students and above are eligible)
English proficiency is required; Japanese language skills are not necessary
Demonstrated technical proficiency, including familiarity with Linux, macOS, or other Unix-like environments
A strong interest in the tech community or open-source projects is preferred
